Creating an animated 3D render of a fictional product from scratch.
First I designed the brand's logo, first on paper and then in Abdobe Illustrator. Next I proceeded to design the labels for the three different flavours.
I started to design the shape of the bottle and the fridge. First sketching rough wireframes on paper, and then realising those in Blender as 3D assets.
Now I had completed the drinks, as well as the mini fridges 3D model.
To take the final animation a bit further I wanted to create a bar inspired by modern expo stands, with a hint of Cyberpunk flair.
No existing 3D assets, templates or other items from libraries were used for this project, except for some of the textures such as the leather on the bar seats and the metal and marble materials.
The addition of a two-level design, including a rooftop bar concept, was aimed at providing an engaging and interactive experience, mirroring the stimulating nature of the product. For the animation, the challenge was to present the product dynamically without losing focus on its key features, such as the unique bottle design and the radioactive glow.
After designing a set that would not only showcase the energy drinks but also resonate with the brand's unique style. I decided on a semi-enclosed space, inspired by research on POP displays. Now it was time to animate.
I added some lighting to really bring out the scene, while still maintaining the dark neon aesthetic. The camera movement was carefully planned to capture the product from various angles, ensuring that it remained the center of attention.
